This
was a return league fixture where boths teams were carrying
injuries. Llantwit Fardre opted to play with passive scrums
due to shortages in their front row. This was a game of
two halves where in the first half Llantwit fought hard
to defend against a well drilled Ystrad team. But after
a half time team talk Ystrad really put on the pressure
and scored another 5 tries, even though they were down to
14 players due to an injury and all substitues being used.
Llantwit fought until the end and still managed to score
a try in the last ten minutes. Ystrad still retain their
unbeaten record this season. Ystrad tries scored by Josh
Wills, Carl Williams, Ross Bateman, Stefan King, Sam Howells,

Ystrad
have been drawn to play Merthyr at home in the quarter finals
of the Webb Ellis Youth Cup, further details of date and
time will follow next week.
