An outstanding back 5 forward who joined from Llanharan. Rhys was an effective lineout operator and edge forward. His speed and athleticism saw him play a key role in the expansive style of rugby the team played in the National Championship, where he often contributed some great individual try's. Rhys currently plays his rugby for Bridgend in the SRC.
