A busy scrum half who had 2 separate spells at the club. Ben joined the club from Ferndale in the late 2000's until a serious ankle injury set him back. After getting back on the field, he returned to the club while the club was in Division 1 before moving on to Porth Harlequinns RFC where he continues to serve.
